Simple Virtual Tour

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Svt360 Hub ("the Service"), provided by Simple Software ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service Svt360 Hub is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to allow users to create, manage, and publish virtual tours.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. User-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the images, videos, and data you upload to create virtual tours ("Your Content").
License: By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display Your Content strictly for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
Responsibility: You guarantee that you have the right and explicit permission to upload and use any media in your virtual tours, and that your content does not violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features of Svt360 Hub requires a paid subscription.
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing upon giving reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
Distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of Svt360 Hub.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of Svt360 Hub. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
